Getting Started / Pre-Installation

Step 1: Complete Onboarding Process

Before you can integrate the Payment Plugin:

  1. Contact Team to initiate merchant onboarding
  2. Complete onboarding requirements:
    • Business verification
    • Merchant agreement
    • Compliance documentation
  3. Receive Welcome Letter after onboarding is approved

Step 2: Receive Credentials & Plugin Kit

Upon successful onboarding completion, Team will send you a Welcome Letter containing:

Welcome Letter Includes:

  • Test Merchant Credentials:

    • Test Merchant ID
    • Test API Key
    • Test Gateway URL
  • Production Merchant Credentials (after successful testing):

    • Production Merchant ID
    • Production API Key
    • Production Gateway URL
  • Plugin Kit:

    • payment_plugin.zip - WooCommerce plugin file
    • Integration documentation
    • Test payment card details for sandbox testing

Step 3: Test Environment vs Production

Test/Sandbox Environment

  • Purpose: Test payment integration before going live
  • Use: Development and staging environments
  • Credentials: Test credentials from Welcome Letter
  • Data: Test transactions are not real
  • Card Details: Use provided test card numbers (in Welcome Letter)

Production Environment

  • Purpose: Live payment processing with real transactions
  • Use: Live WooCommerce store
  • Credentials: Production credentials (provided after successful testing)
  • Data: Real transactions and live settlement
  • Activation: Only after successful testing in sandbox environment

Prerequisites Checklist

Before installation, verify you have:

  • Completed Plugin onboarding
  • Received Welcome Letter with credentials
  • Access to WordPress Admin panel
  • WooCommerce store set up and operational
  • SSL certificate installed (HTTPS enabled)
  • Backup of WooCommerce database
  • Test payment credentials from Welcome Letter
  • payment_plugin.zip plugin file
