| 200 | INACTIVE/ACTIVE/CANCELLING | Success |
| 400 | VALIDATION_ERROR | Request body validation failed. |
| 400 | REJECTED | The request subscription is either already cancelled or already expired |
| 400 | REJECTED | The request subscription is either cancelled, expired or is already active |
| 400 | REJECTED | The request subscription is either cancelled, expired or is already inactive |
| 400 | ERROR_FROM_PG | This will be populated by PG |
| 404 | SUBSCRIPTION_NOT_FOUND | Requested subscription not found |
| 500 | INTERNAL_PROCESSING_ERROR | Gateway account not found. |
| 502/503 | ERROR_CONNECTING_PG | Gateway connectivity unavailable. |
